Rosé sparkling wine

Sparkling dry wine at, 11 ° alcohol, bright pink with persistent foam and pleasantly creamy. The characteristic colour of this Rosé is given by the low skin contact time and the natural effervescence frees the tantalizing fruity sensations of white peach, pink grapefruit, pomegranate and floral of roses and orange blossoms; to the palate it is soft, harmonious, acidity gives a pleasant freshness and an easy to drink approach. 

Suggested combinations: mixed with pumpkin omelettes, fried pumpkin, “Red Cows” Parmesan Cheese served with linden honey or citrus fruit or lobster label balsamic vinegar.

Serve at 6° C.
